GP assessment
A GP reviews your request and may need more evidence or a phone or video call.
A clear outcome
If approved, your signed letter is provided as a PDF. We will email instructions for receiving it securely. If no letter is issued, you receive a full refund.

Quick GP Access is led by Dr Muhammad Zarif, a GMC-registered GP. Each request will be assessed on its clinical merits. If a remote letter would not be appropriate, we will say so clearly and point you towards the right care.
Quick GP Access is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide treatment of disease, disorder or injury. The service is provided by MTZMS Limited, and Dr Muhammad Zarif is the CQC registered manager.

Choose the letter you need, then complete the secure identity check, questionnaire and payment. A GP will then review your request.
Will I definitely receive a letter?
No. A GP makes an independent decision based on the information available and whether a remote assessment is appropriate.
Will I need a video or phone call?
The GP may arrange one if more detail is needed before a safe decision can be made.
